Migrating a Teradata connection (DataStage)

Teradata connections have different characteristics in modern DataStage®.

The USING clause in SQL statements is not supported by the Teradata connector in modern DataStage. Remove any USING clause in SQL statements in the Teradata connector prior to migration; otherwise, the USING clause will be dropped.

Named parameter markers are not supported by the Teradata connector in modern DataStage. As part of the migration, named parameter markers are automatically replaced with question-mark parameter markers.
