System terms for rules in data protection policies
A system term is the name of an asset property or a user property. It can be the first term in a rule condition.
To replace one of the predefined system terms you can associate it with a business term. The associated business term then replaces the system term when defining rule conditions.
|Attribute Inferred Classification||The automatically assigned classification of a column or attribute in the asset.|
|Asset Manual Classification||The user-assigned classification of the asset.|
|Asset Owner||The IBMid of the user who owns the asset. Example: firstname.lastname@example.org|
|Asset Tags||The tags on an asset. Example: Marketing, Client Information, Claim|
|User Name||The IBMid of a user requesting access to an asset. Example: email@example.com|
