Supported data sources for curation and data quality

You can connect to many data sources to import asset and lineage metadata, to enrich and analyze the data quality of data assets from these data sources, and to create dynamic views of data in those sources.

You can use connections to data sources that are defined at the platform-level by creating reference copies in your project or define connections in the project. Some connections are specific to the import of lineage metadata.

In general, the following types of connectors are supported:

• File-storage connectors
• Database connectors
• Connectors and data sources specific to lineage metadata import
