Help with platform setup
You must be the account owner or administrator for a billable IBM Cloud account to set up the Cloud Pak for Data as a Service platform for your organization. To learn how to set up Cloud Pak for Data as a Service, see Setting up the platform.
In-app assistance
The in-app assistance provides recommended articles in the documentation based on what page you're viewing in the product. Open the assistance from the top banner . Close and open the assistance when you move to a new page to see updated recommended articles. You can also enter search terms to find information fast.
From the assistance panel you can launch guided step-by-step tours that introduce you to concepts and features for many of the tools.
The assistance panel also has Additional support links for documentation, videos, community, and more.
Browser support: The in-app assistance is not available in Chrome Incognito mode or in Safari.

The level of support that you select determines the severity that you can assign to support cases and your level of access to the tools available in the Support Center.
