To prompt foundation models in IBM watsonx.ai programmatically, you need to pass the identifier (ID) of a watsonx.ai project that has an instance of IBM Watson Machine Learning associated with it.

To find the ID of a project, navigate to the project in the watsonx.ai web console, click the Manage tab, then find the project ID in the General information area.
