Creating jobs in deployment spaces for SPSS Modeler flows
You can create a job to run your SPSS Modeler flow in a deployment space. To run a batch job for your SPSS Modeler flow, you must create a job for the flow from your deployment space by configuring the job details, flow parameters, schedule, and mapping the source and target connections.
Before you begin
- You must import your SPSS Modeler flow asset from your project and export the asset to your deployment space to create a job.
- You must promote the data assets and connections which are used by the SPSS Modeler flow from your project to your deployment space.
Procedure
Follow these steps to create a job for an SPSS Modeler flow:
-
In your deployment space, select the Assets tab.
-
For your SPSS Modeler flow, click the Menu icon and select New job.
-
In the New job dialog box, configure the settings for your deployment job:
- In the Define details tab, enter your job details and select the runtime environment for your job.
- In the Flow parameters tab, review your flow parameters and update the parameter values if necessary.
- In the Configuration tab, select the configuration for flows that should be promoted within the job.
- In the Schedule tab, add a one-time or repeating schedule.
- In the Connect data tab, review the mapping of the data assets in the SPSS Modeler flow with the target connections within your deployment space.
