The Knowledge Accelerator for Energy and Utilities has the following Business Scopes available for separate download and import.
Each Business Scope consists of:
- A set of business terms with:
- Concept terms that describe the main concepts for each business scope
- Property terms that describe the attributes or characteristics of the Concept terms
- Relationship terms that describe how one concept is connected to another Concept
- An associated set of secondary subcategories that classify these terms
- A set of Reference Data sets and their values
- Sample policies and governance rules in the area of data privacy
- Data Privacy
- A business scope that groups terms for data privacy that includes a taxonomy of terms addressing the personal information of individuals and mappings of core business terms to the GDPR and CCPA regulations.
- Power Network Assets
- A Business Scope that groups core Asset terms, as well as the asset types/models that would be found on a T&D network. The main concepts covered in this business scope include:
- Gas Network Assets
- A Business Scope that groups the core Asset terms, as well as the asset types or models that would be found on a Gas distribution network. The main concepts covered in this business scope include:
- Network Asset Measurements
- A Business Scope that groups measurements of assets on the network. The main concepts covered in this business scope include:
- Utility Customer
- A Business Scope that groups core Customer terms including customer account, transaction & agreement. Also includes tariff and billing and the central concept of customer and related demographic data. The main concepts covered in this business scope include:
- Metering and Usage Point
- A Business Scope that groups Metering including Power and Gas meter specializations. Relationship of the meter to the usage point and location address at the customer's premise. Also meter readings and interval data. The main concepts covered in this business scope include:
