Last updated: Nov 26, 2024
Firewall access for Data Virtualization

To allow Data Virtualization to access data that is located behind a firewall, you must add the appropriate IP addresses for your region to the inbound rules for your firewall.

In addition to the IP addresses for Cloud Pak for Data as a Service, Data Virtualization requires the IP addresses for the Data Virtualization subnet for your region to be added to inbound firewall access rules.
