You can track the execution and proactively identify problems with the health of your DataStage® jobs by using Databand.
Databand uses a synchronizing mechanism to scan your DataStage project every few seconds and report on collected metadata from any jobs that were run. You can enable powerful alerting with this metadata to notify your data team on the condition of your jobs and the quality of your inputs and outputs.
Databand is a separate service that you purchase separately from IBM Cloud Pak® for Data. For more information on Databand and how to use it with DataStage, see the Databand documentation.
